Adopted in 1905, the flag features three stars representing the grand divisions of the state: East, Middle and West. The stars are bound together in indissoluble unity by an unending white band.

Although this will not teach you a foreign language, it will share with you some of the most common phrases. We tried to supply some of the basics and we will update on a weekly basis.  Our Sponsors make this possible and they would appreciate your business.

It seems to be easier to learn something in small steps.  Try to find something you can relate to and "tag" the information with it. This helps to retain the information for a longer period.  Be sure to practice on a daily basis and review every week.
